  • Generally, sessions are 45 minutes in length. Shorter or longer sessions may be available depending on your needs.

  • We have in-person and online sessions available for you so you can access treatment in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

  • Currently, Coast Psychology has evening and weekend availability for therapy sessions. These sessions are also the most popular. We will work with you to schedule your session at a time that works best for you and your therapist.

  • Coast Psychology does not provide medication management services. However, we frequently partner with other providers who do in order to provide holistic therapeutic services to our clients.

  • We are considered an out-of-network provider. At this time, we are happy to accept payment through HSA/FSA or credit cards. We are happy to work with you to make therapy affordable by examining your insurance’s out-of-network benefits and assisting you in the reimbursement process. Many of our clients are able to secure significant reimbursement through their insurance policy with our support.
