Our therapist-led psychotherapy group is designed for adults (18+) in New York State who want to examine their relationship with alcohol and/or drugs in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. You do not need to identify as sober or in recovery to participate.
Led by Caroline Exter, LMSW, RYT
Caroline is a licensed therapist and registered yoga teacher who understands the sober curious journey firsthand. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your relationship with substances at your own pace.
